What do You Assume is Stopping You?
This question is highly effective in getting you to break your thought patterns.
You have mostly told yourself many times why you can’t do that thing. You can’t make the house move, start that business, get the qualification, change the diet, increase those savings and the list goes on.
Take a moment now and ask yourself:
1) if that that supposed barrier is real and 2) what you can do to overcome it.
