Are you consistently feeling exhausted? Not sure where the time is going? Have so many goals and desires and dream of living a different way but unable to do anything productive, anything that would help you achieve what you want.
I know you feel tired of feeling tired and beaten by how out of your control it all feels, but there is hope.
Here a few solid tips to get you started:
First and foremost, stop saying you need to “have more energy”, and ask yourself: “how can I CREATE more energy?” Energy is not something we either have or don’t have. It’s something created by what we think, what we eat, and how we move our bodies or is often the case of not moving our bodies.
1- Find a way to move when we feel weariest. Do start jumps, jump on a trampoline if you have one, work out or go for a walk.
2- Choose one small action that can help you with your energy diet-wise. Maybe a green smoothie or drinking more water. Try to keep it simple and build one habit upon another in time.
3- Sleep. Enough said here.
4- Use a timetable to schedule EVERYTHING you want to do or have to do; this is by far the one that can make the most change.
Know with certainty that without energy and good health, it becomes increasingly difficult to make significant changes in your life and be as happy and content as you want to be.
